Why we're building this

Convene started as a simple need: I was leading workshops and coaching teams, and I kept seeing the same thing — great people stuck in unclear conversations. I wanted a better way to design, guide, and follow through on the discussions that matter most.So I built a system to help. Now, we’re turning it into a tool — not just for leaders, but for anyone whose work depends on real dialogue.Many professionals rely on critical conversations to do their job — therapists, coaches, advisors, educators.
